Please note, you will need to enrol to secure your spots for Before School Care and After School Care. Please also tick the Vacation Care box (a Vacation Program and booking instructions will be sent to you closer to the April 2024 holiday period).
If you only require casual care, please ensure to enrol anyway so your information is in our data base. This way, if you require a casual day next year at any time you can book into the session at the last minute. Enrolled families also ensures that you are receiving the latest information on Beerburrum SS OSHC, as well as key information such as Vacation Care programs etc.
IT'S FREE TO ENROL!
Please note:
- We require an individual booking form for each child (however, every year after the first enrolment this information will only need to be confirmed not re-entered).
- Please note that as a condition of enrolment, families will be required to setup an automatic payment (direct debit or credit card) method. This ensures families accounts are paid on time, ensuring continued care and enrolment. Families will not be debited any money unless your child/children are booked into the service. Money will not be debited from you otherwise.
- All medical plans (Asthma, Anaphylaxis etc) will need to be uploaded with the enrolment form so please have it ready.
- Once enrolled, we will notify you via email a confirmation of your enrolment and requested days, as well as some key service information such as the Family Handbook.
- We recommend downloading the OWNA App and familiarising yourself with it as it will be useful managing bookings, receiving learning stories/program updates and so forth, ongoing.
